Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I am getting "Cartridge Error" for my Black Cartridge. I have followed all the steps shown on the help pages and still it will not work. I have now removed the Black Cartridge and am operating on Single only. Help please

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges.  Log into the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower right of the opening screen.
