I have just installed my new HP Instant Ink Black & Colour Cartridges, only to have the following error come up for the colour cartridge:

 

"Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed. If this message continues to appear, replace the indicated cartridge."

 

The cartridge is a HP Instant Ink 64/303 colour cartridge.

 

I have conducted the cartridge cleaning routines as advised by the Virtual Agent, but to no avail. I have had a similar issue with my old HP Envy 4501 printer, and it was resolved with a new cartridge. Is there anything else I can try other than HP sending out a new cartridge?
