HP OFFICEJET 4655

Hello,

I have been having problems with my printer recently and need help. I have the officejet 4655 and it is connected to the internet. I have verified this through my internet Http page and through the printer IP address webpage (both say that the printer is connected) also, the printer blue light is on (not blinking). However, the HP Instant Ink page says the printer is offline. Due to this, the printer is unable to connect to HP instant ink, so I get the "connect printer error". Also, the webservices were turned off and I am unable to turn it back on, because I get the "setup unsuccessful" message.  I have done almost all the troubleshooting I can find online (I even downloaded the "HP print and scan doctor" which says the printer itself is working) but nothing seems to fix either error. I have had this problem for about 5 days now and have been unable to fix it. I have the free instant ink plan and once you unenroll you can't enroll again so I haven't tried doing that, but at this point, I feel that it's the only other option left. Could canceling my ink subscription fix the problem? If an HP employee sees this, would I be able to re-enroll the printer since I canceled due to this problem? Can anyone help with other options?
