HP Instant Ink Customer Service shouldnt even be referred to as "customer service"  cause it is hardly that.  The stupid system keeps saying there's problems with my payment method even though I confirmed with my bank that the funds are there. Plus for what Im paying I keep getting sent the wrong cartridges or faulty cartridges. I keep having to uninstall and reinstall the printer drivers just to get the stupid print to print properly.  And I cant get in contact with a LIVE person but this stupid virtual assistant that solves NOTHING!

I'm really sorry to hear about your frustrating experience with HP Instant Ink and the issues you're facing with the printer. It sounds incredibly stressful, especially when you're not getting the support you need. I can imagine how frustrating that must be!

 

To get this issue sorted, I recommend you contact phone support. They will help you via remote assistance to see what is causing the issue.
