Hi. I have HP ink cartridges installed in my hp instant ink printer and the cyan color is out of ink but the other colors are fine (it has all 3 colors in one cartridge). I am unsure if I can replace the color cartridge even though the printer does not say to replace. It is useless to print color without all colors printing.

Is the printer enrolled in Instant ink?
Are you using Instant Ink cartridges in the printer sent by HP?
You may check the level of ink on the printer screen.
On the printer control panel, touch the Ink icon to display the current estimated ink levels.
As the issue is related to Instant ink cartridges, I need more information to help you out.
Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.
