Deskjet 2752
macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hi there!

I recently bought the Deskjet 2752 in the hope of using the instant ink service and with previous confidence in HP prints. Unfortunately, my printer is less than a week old and I have been unable to connect to HPs Web Services or HP Instant Ink. I initially called customer service the first day I installed the printer, who told me to wait 24-48 hours due to lag time in the setup and connection to Instant Ink. I then proceeded to have over 2 hour phone call with 3 different customer service and technical team members, who were unable to fix this issue. It seems we tried everything, even having the technical support view my computer screen as we tried to solve my issue. I was finally told that they simply couldn't help me, and I would be unable to receive my 2 month Instant Ink free trial that came with the printer. This seems completely unacceptable and I'm bewildered at the lack of proper customer service provided.
