HP Instant Ink Printer Roll-Over Pages - Free Account: Exceeded 15 pages; got charged for 10 more pages - used 2; will the remaining 8 pages get rolled over to next month in this free plan, and, if so, which gets used first, the paid roll-over pages or the reset free 15 pages?

It is confirmed - by my own account.  The unused portion of the extra 10 pages paid, once the Free Plan's 15 pages is exhausted, IS rolled over to the next month.  And, in answer to my own question, in the new month, the Free Plan's new reset IS USED FIRST.  This question arose out of HP declaration that Free Plan does not enjoy rolling over unused pages: "You can have up to 0 rollover pages which are used after your regular pages."  This informational tag still indicated "0" after I had extended 2 pages into extra pages and paid the $1 fee; I thought that it would be unfair to not roll over the unused portion of my 8 paid extra pages.  I was disappointed that HP failed to answer my question.  Now, whether these unused paid pages get rolled over into perpetuity is my next question.
