HP Print and Scan Doctor v5.6.6 indicates that the colour ink is Low, but when I log in to my instant ink account, the 'Ink Cartridge Status' indicates "You’re good on ink. No need to replace".
The last tri-colour cartridge I received from HP was way back in October 2021, which is the unit installed in the printer, which is connected to Wi-Fi and powered on, albeit in standby mode. The HP Envy 4520 has been used in this way for the last 5 years with no problems at all.
As such, how does one have a replacement tri-colour cartridge sent out?

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges. Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.
Alternately, you can click on the Virtual Assistant. When the assistant opens type "Where is my ink?" (w/o the quotes). The system will ask a few questions and then schedule your shipment.
I am not an employee of HP, I am a volunteer posting here on my own time.
