HP Instant Ink - Large Printing Project Getting Cartridges In Advance

HP Recommended
HP Envy 7858
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all - I have been on the 700 page instant ink plan for a while.  We have a large printing project coming up with a deadline, which will involve printing 3,000+ pages.  We will definitely go through multiple ink cartridges (even the big ones) and run out of ink, and I don't have time to wait 10 business days once my ink runs out.  Is there a way to get a larger shipment of ink cartridges in advance of this large printing project?

My second question is about my new HP Envy 7858 printer.  I have the starter cartridges in there, and the black is showing "low" but when I print, there is no black at all showing on the printed pages...only color shows.  I assume this might be fixed once I replace my starter cartridges with new instant ink cartridges.

Thanks!
