Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9025
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
After numerous issues I had with my HP Envy 7640 not being able to connect to Web services anymore (Was using Instant ink for a few months already) , the solution proposed by the HP agent after numerous of calls was to buy a new printer, arguing I would get a 6 months Instant Ink Free (the "value" of those 6 months would compensate the buying of a new printer).
I just came back home and initialized my new Office Jet Pro 9025 but as I was afraid, the 6 months Instank Ink didn't show up in my account (I already had and still has the 2 months compensation I got months ago from the support to compensate other problems linked to the delivery of the ink on my previous printer)
Can Someone from HP please grant me those promised 6 months ?

Could you send me an image of the promotional offer(box or the leaflet that came with the printer)?
