I signed up to HP Instant Ink in July 2016 as it sounded like an ideal way to manage my printing and ink needs. Since then I have received ink only 3 times, despite regularly exceeding the 100-page printing limit and being charged the increased fee for higher printing. When no ink arrives, I then have to buy HP ink from the store so I am able to print again.
I have attempted several times to get this issue resolved and despite assurances nothing has improved. When speaking to your online help desk they refuse to address the issue and constantly tell me that I have purchased ink cartridges independently so it is my fault that they can not tell when my ink is low, despite them being A) official HP cartridges and B) the only reason I have had to buy them is because the ink has run out and the new ink I am supposed to receive never arrives. They then tell me that they can not refund my subscription, despite not having received the product I am paying for because there is ink in my printer. The ink that I have had to buy separately because none was sent.
I have paid monthly for over 3 years for what has become a very expensive product I have barely received and your help desk appears unable to help or to understand that 3 sets of ink cartridges in over 3 years is not enough.
