Hi - I keep getting the same error message ' HP Instant Ink Problem: cannot Print, visit www.hpinstanink.com for more information
Have reset the printer, changed cartridges and software is up to date. But even when i try to 'clean cartridge' or do anything, i get the same message - please help! 🙂
