Hi, I've had good experiences with Instant Ink until now. Both cartridges (color and black) are at around 30%. The black ink cartridge stopped printing, acting like the ink is dry or spent. I have gone through all the hoops to troubleshoot it, but it will not provide ink. Meanwhile, HP thinks that it is still at 30% (or so) and so does not send me a new black cartridge. I am stuck in limbo. What can I do?

I'd like to thank HP for reaching out and sending a new black cartridge!
I had forgotten to say in my original post that I print something every week whether I need to print something or not (I have a weekly reminder set up) to make sure the cartridges stay "happy."
That usually works well.
