Hi-- I am unable to print anything because of the error message that say "HP Instant Ink Problem." It then shows the HP instant ink subscription website to visit. That site just shows me my subscription account and says that there is an error with my ink cartirdges.
I have reset the printer, change the ink cartridges to brand new HP brand cartridges that the program sent me, resent factory settings, reinstalled the printer on my computer and nothing has worked. I checked for any paper jams, but there are none. It doesn't look like there's anything physically broken either.
