I agree the Instant Ink Program is terrible. I had a different experience than you, however, in that I didn’t get enough ink and had to go out and buy cartridges myself, only to get messages that I’m using non-instant ink. Well... I had to consistently put additionally purchased cartridges in because there was a lag in delivery. Let’s face it, when you’re needing something printed now, you are not in a position to wait days for your ink to arrive.
The customer service is foreign boiler room reading scripts... even from the supervisor.
