Check this out Folks. HP has been fraudulently charging me monthly for instant ink which they never sent me. As a result I have been buying my own ink. When I contacted HP, I was kept on the chat for an hour and the HP representative claimed that he could not connect with the HP Network. Then after an hour, he stated that I would hear from his supervisor by this past Monday. I have not been contacted. Please let me know if you have had the same experience. Thank you!
