Common problems for INSTANT INK, HP+ PLANS: INK AND TONER
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Instant Ink. Check out this link: HP INSTANT INK, HP+ PLANS: INK AND TONER. .
HP Recommended

I have had the instant ink service for around a year.  Have not had to have too many refills.  The problem is that I was using up my stored  NON SERVICE color ink cartridges and now am needing the color one.  I have gone on the website to try to TALK to a LIVE person about getting one sent to me.  The virtual assistant is very CLUELESS about what I want and every time that it sends me to the HP Help Center, those links do not work.  I am ready to cancel this membership as I have paid in way more for the actual ink that I have used in the time that I have been subscribed.  There is NO PHONE NUMBER listed anywhere to get me to someone that I can talk to, nor do I see an email address to use.  Any suggestions?

Thanks for the reply, but what I'm really asking for is  TRUE customer service, which should be easy to obtain for ANY customer.  They easily take my subscription money so why can't they make the flow of communication when one has a question or problem easy?  I go online and am passed from a "virtual assistant" who does not understand what I want, that sends me to links that do not work.

Interesting - I would think calling the support contact phone number would have worked.

OK - the alternative is to wait for one of our Community agents to find and respond here.

I will forward a request.

Request for Review

  • I have submitted a request that our Community moderators review your question / concern.

Worth Noting

  • Our Community is not an HP business group.
  • We are not HP Technical Support, nor are we HP Sales, Service, or Warranty.
  • Our request for assistance on your behalf does not influence the outcome:  Our request is not a magic back door into HP Support.
  • The time frame (how long it takes) for a response is not controlled by the Community.
  • If / When there is a response, a Community moderator / agent will (should) post back on this thread before using other methods to contact you.

Important

  • Do not contact random numbers posted in a public or private message by “new members”.  Vermin are looking for victims – don’t be next.
  • Please do not post any personal or case information here - we cannot make use of the data.
  • Posting personal information at a public site increases your risk from rats and scammers.

I was unable to find a support telephone number to call.  If it was in a link that the virtual assistant was directing me to... then as I said... the links were not working, and would only take me to an error message.  Thanks for the help with this.

I don't have an Instant Ink subscription.  My access to anything related is pretty limited.

I cannot post the contact number - we are forbidden to do so because so many times posted numbers are scams - Community policy says we must be circumspect and depend on HP documentation for contact information.

If you can open this document, the information is provided...

Instant Ink - Terms of Service - USA

NOTE

At this writing:

We are experiencing severe website / support site link issues right now.

HP is aware of the problems and is working to restore service.

As mentioned, I have forwarded a request to the moderator team for an assist.

That's what I can do from this side.
