Hello,
I'm trying to set up my HP Desk Jet 2710e Instant Ink subscription, but I'm running into an issue, that the printer has been linked with a different account. The previous owner claims that they have unpaired the printer from their HP Smart, but am still getting this error message:

"Unable to register the printer to your account

This printer is associated with another account. You can use this printer and the HP Smart app to print, scan, copy, and more, but you will not have access to cloud features like Print Anywhere.

HP will provide information in the future when you can request access to use cloud features of this printer.

(Error Code: UA_400_EB000U0004)"
 
Is it possible to resolve this issue?|

I understand that you are unable to set up an instant ink account, I am glad to assist you.

This might require one on one interaction to fix the issue, I am sending you a private message with the steps to talk to HP support.
