I installed a new printer and used the code that was associate with it to get my 3 months free; however, I noticed I was not getting any ink sent and I was having to purchase the ink. When I went into my HP account I don't see any active plans on there at all, but I KNOW I used the code and got the three months so I am not sure what happened. I know you have to add the code within 7 days, which I did, and I don't want to lose the promo of 3 months. Can someone help me please? I have yet to actually use my promo then since it seems it did not apply to my account.
