HP Instant Ink - black cartridge malfunction

My black cartridge has malfunctioned.

i have followed all the guide lines for cleaning the heads snd restarting printer.

Still showing as a malfunction and cannot use the printer or contact anyone at HP Instant Ink - not very good support !!.Please could you advise how do I obtain a replacement cartridge or should I cancel my subscription ?.
