Hello HP Support Forum / Service Desk,

I have an HP Instant Ink service. According to the printer and the HP Instant Ink site, the black ink cartridge is not empty yet, it is just at a low level. But my printer can't print black color. The HP Instant Ink web application says a new cartridge will be sent but no information when. I need this to be sent for the coming week. Please help to accelerate the sending process, as I'm really frustrated with the lack of black ink, I can't print black color, and cannot print if I remove the black ink cartridge.

It is not an expected paid service, please.

I would need to know a few details regarding your Instant ink account to help you get the ink cartridges sorted. Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.  

 

To locate your account, please provide
Your registered email address
Your Instant Ink account ID
Serial number of your printer enrolled in instant ink
Confirm your address,
