Hi! I've had this printer for awhile and never had problems with replacing ink cartridges. Last year I enrolled in HP Instant Ink & was recently sent new cartridges for the first time through the service. I installed the new ones as directed. The printer gave me a "missing or failed printhead error". I tried the virtual assistant and it thinks I am not enrolled in HP Instant Ink. Clearly, Instant Ink is a bust. How do I get the printer to recognize the printhead?
