HP Instant Ink cartridge problem

Hello! I am receiving an error message for my tri-color ink cartridge. It's an Instant Ink cartridge that I installed about a month or so ago. I was working fine until today. It isn't empty. I've tried cleaning the cartridge as directed. I've tried reseting the printer as directed. I think the cartridge is defective. The warranty date is 06/23/2020. How can I get a replacement cartridge?

Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:

 

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest firmware from your MAC.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

 

Clean the electrical contacts

Perform steps 2 and 3 mentioned in this document.

 

If the issue persists, I would need additional information as it is an Instant Ink cartridge
