Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP instant ink is showing a colour cartridge error. HP Smart says the cartridge needs cleaning but my HP Deskjet 3632 printer (out of warranty) won’t clean the cartridge due to a “cartridge error” so going round in circles between two HP systems. What will solve this issue?

I take it, despite some claims, that HP don’t monitor or respond to emails on this forum. Does anyone know of any other way to actually speak to HP to resolve HP Instant Ink issues?
