HP Instant Ink free plan

HP Recommended
Envy 5020

Good morning,

I have a question about the Instant Ink free plan. I was on the free plan as I print things very rarely and the monthly limit suited me fine. Due to the closure of schools and colleges my partners daughter has needed course work printing off so I upgraded to the next plan up thinking that once she has returned to college I can downgrade back to the free plan. I have just checked on the my Account page and there is no option to now go back to the free plan, so without this I am going to be paying a monthly charge for 10's of pages that I will never print.

Can you please let me know if there is a way to downgrade to the free plan when I no longer need the extra page allowance.

Kind regards,

James
