My color ink level is finished but HP never alerted me or sent a message that a new cartridge is on the way. The website with my printer details shows that the ink is at a good level but my printer says otherwise.

Hi! @DawnofDay,

 

There is no way to check the ink levels or ink status on the instant ink account page. I'm not sure if you are checking the ink levels on the account page or on the printer itself.

 

“Your Instant Ink account page has data on past deliveries and estimated shipments.  It also helps you understand what state your cartridges are in based on HP’s data.  Any issues will be shown with steps to fix.  Please check your account page to see the latest cartridge information by signing into your account at “instantink.com

You can check the ink levels by following the steps below.

Many HP printers display ink and toner cartridge levels on the control panel. Look for an Ink drop icon  or , Cartridge icon , or an Ink Levels menu to view estimated ink or toner levels.
