I registered my printer for instant ink and my current cartridges are not empty, however the quality is not good.  I am getting lines through printed graphics.  I have gone through the level 3 cleaning process and it has not improved.  How do I get a replacement cartridge without waiting for a replacement cartridge which will not be for a long time.

@RayFic Welcome to HP Community!

I suggest you follow the below steps to resolve the issue:

Follow these steps to print a Print Quality Diagnostic report.

  1. Load U.S. letter or A4 size, unused, plain white paper into the input tray.

  2. On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup.

    The Setup menu displays.

  3. Touch Reports, and then touch Print Quality Report.

    A Print Quality Diagnostic page prints.
