Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina
I purchased a new HP Envy just after Christmas (27th Dec) and according to the documentation, it was supposed to come with 7 months free instant ink.
I set up using the HP App, and signed up to HP Instank Ink, but at no point was I given an offer code or told how to claim the free months. The document simply states it will be added once my account is set up.
however I have no free months showing on my account, and it simply states I’ll be charged monthly for my ink.

Could you send me an image of the promotional offer(box or the leaflet that came with the printer)?
