I have been using instant ink for a while, now as I have changed the printer into ENVY 6234, the Instant Ink website also changed its language with the printer update. I live in finland and have been using finnish as instant ink language, currently the website is part FINNISH part POLISH (headlines are in finnish and all other text in in polish). I cannot find where can I change the language as the flag is still Finnish

Hi @Baisioogala

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

When you log in to your HP Instant Ink account, look to the top right of the home screen and you'll see a flag which denotes the country/language - click the flag and change it as required.

If the issue persists, try to logout and re-login and make changes to the flag/country.

Note: The page is region-based and will support only the regional language.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.

Click the “Kudos, Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!

When I log in to the Instant Ink the flag is finnish (so language should be as well). But flag does not respond to clicking. I have tried it before and it seems that its not a button in my account. Is there any other place that I would be able to change the labguage? logging out and in again does not do anything (finnish flag but text is still partially polish).

I have exactly the same problem: I'm a Finnish user in Finland and the language on HP Instant Ink user page changed from Finnish to partially Polish a couple of weeks ago. It's annoying! Do something about the problem. I cannot change the language in any way by myself.

I logged in to my  Instank Ink user page now (20.5.2020) and this time the language problem is gone! My user page is back to Finnish, as I want it to be. Not a single word in Polish this time! Great. HP, keep it this way.

HP corrected some sort of error in language translations, that showed user page that should be in Finnish partially in Polish. I can't imagine why my page was just partially in Polish, but anyhow now my Instant Ink internet user page is wholly in Finnish as it should be. Thanks to anyone responsible of this correction. Thanks.
