Hi- I ordered instant ink cartridges and installed them last night. When I put them in my printer, I get a “ink cartridge must be replaced” message and cannot do anything else. Anyone know how to fix this? The cartridges are larger than then the ones I buy from the store. I tried resetting printer, restored to defaults, cleaned, etc.... nothing works. TIA!

I understand you are not able to print due to this error.
Which ink cartridge is indicated as defective?
Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue.
If the error persists, please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
