Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Instant Ink registration takes me to a US site to register and does not allow selection of Australia as Country, is there an Australian site for Instant Ink registration? If US registration is possible for Australia where do you find the delivery costs from US to Australia?
