I have recently moved and neglected to change my shipping address on my account. My ink has shipped to my old address and I will not be able to retrieve it. I have updated my shipping address in my account, but do not see how to resend the cartridges to the correct address and/or cancel the shipment to the incorrect address.

When has the delivery happened to the old address?
When was the new address updated in your instant ink account?
Meanwhile, you answer that I would need a few details.
Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.
