HP ENVY 5646 e-All-in-One Printer

I tried to use an email address of an HP Support person I've previously dealt with but my email got bounced back as having been sent to an unsupported email address. The text of my email (of 20/12/22) read: "As you know I use HP Instant Ink in respect of my HP ENVY 5646. Please advise how, should I purchase a replacement HP printer (from a third party rather than via HP direct): 1. My current HP Instant Ink account/plan gets transferred to a new/replacement printer? 2. Any balance of ink remaining in my current printer is dealt with? I assume that if a replacement printer uses the same cartridges I can merely transfer then to the replacement new printer. 3. Any balance of pages not used is deal with? 4. If a new (HP) printer comes with a period of free HP Instant Ink usage how such is dealt with? I assume that should I purchase an additional HP printer (from a third party rather than via HP direct), to my current printer that my current HP Instant Ink account/plan is unaffected and that should the additional printer come with a period of free HP Instant Ink usage that such set up would be by way of a separate HP Instant Ink plan should I wish to extend the free usage period on an additional (HP) printer. Please advise. My current printer is starting to make some unpleasant ‘grinding’ noises at times when printing. I am assuming that there are bearings in the mechanism that are wearing out? Please advise if there is a simple and cost effective remedy before I decide on a course of action. Your early response would be appreciated. I have been meaning to contact HP Service Support for some time now but due to ongoing circumstances my emailing you has been delayed. Regards, PW (Mr)"

Thank you for your message. I will try and do as you advise but am not sure how to contact the people you advise. Can you confirm the best means of contact, such as an email address.
