HP Instant Ink status: Cannot Print . Printing Locked.

My printer has stopped printing.

I am getting an error: HP Instant Ink status: Cannot Print. go to hpinstantink.com for more information.

Printer is connected to the internet and everything seems to be order

No info on the web site , neither in my account. My credit card is being charged monthly by HP ink service  and we do not exceed the page limit (we hardly print at all). Kids need it for home school - and now the printer is locked 

Appreciate any help in order to resolve this
