HP Instant Ink to APO, AE address

HP Recommended
HP Envy Photo 7855

I'm in the Air Force and I just moved from CA to Germany.  Wanted to re-enroll my printer but the option of shipping to AE (Armed Forces Europe) doesn't exist.  I was under the impression that it was possible to ship to an APO, AE address.  Our BX department store here on base has a flyer in the electronics dept on display about the HP Instant Ink program encouraging people to sign up.  When speaking with the electronics dept worker, he said he uses the Instant Ink program and has his cartridges shipped to his APO box.  How do I enroll my printer and get cartridges shipped to my APO, AE address?
