Hi I have just installed the black ink cartridge from my first instant ink package from HP and it’s telling me that it is not a genuine product? On my account it is also telling me that my Printer’s warranty has expired and it ran from 2018-2019 - we only bought the printer during lockdown earlier this year (March 2020)
