I've been overseas for 5 months and had my printer switched off. No printing has been done on the printer during this time. Having just returned I find that in addition to the £3.99 that I've been paying each month while away you have now charged me an additional £10. Can you tell me what this is for and reverse it? This is a deal breaker if it is not reversed.
