I've just signed up for HP Instant Ink after buying a HP OfficeJet Pro 8024. I've only had the printer set up for a week & printed less than 30 pages, but received an email to say I had reached my 300/month free trial limit. Has anyone else had this issue & how did you resolve it?
I have had a similar issue before with one of my HP printers when using Instant Ink. I received a similar email to the one you are describing. The email seemed to be a mistake, as when I checked my account I still had pages left. I would recommend checking your HP Instant Ink account page for more information, or you could call HP Support.
