How long after the $2.08 charge appears should the instant ink cartridges arrive? I was charged on 2/15/2022, it's 3/14/2022 but the new ink cartridges have not arrived.

@EyeWant2BHome, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

To assist you better, are you referring to the Instant Ink welcome kit? Once you enroll the printer in Instant Ink, the Instant Ink cartridges will be delivered to you in 10 business days.

 

However, if you have Instant Ink ready ink cartridges that came with the printer, you are already using the service, and its activated. You may check the label on the ink cartridges.

In this case, you will receive replacement ink cartridges when any one of the ink cartridge levels is less than 20%.

 

Also, you may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here and check the ink delivery status or any notifications.
