HP ENVY 5640 e-All-in-One Printer

OS 13.2 Ventura, Safari 16.3,  HP ENVY 5640 e-All-in-One Printer series, Wifi connected.

 

HP Instant Ink had been unable to update my page usage for a few days  -"unable to contact printer" showed when I tried to refresh the page usage count. Today I can't log in to the Instant Ink Dashboard -but see the banner:

"This invitation is no longer valid  -Contact your printer administrator for a new invitation."

Strangely I can still print for now...

I reloaded HP SMart app, but continually get the "invitation not valid" message when I try to log into anything associated with Instant ink.

Is this a temporary glitch or a catastrophe?

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

 

Are you using the same email address to log in to HP smart app?

 

I would need to know a few details regarding your Instant ink account.

 

Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.

 

I am sending you a private message with the information required. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.

 

Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile,

Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
