Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me
please. I cannot call HP as the number is a premium rate number.
I am paying HP £4.49 per month for the instant ink subscription, my printer has been out of ink for three months yet they are still taking £4.49 per month out of my bank. Very frustrating as they should have sent me a refill, I’m paying this money for nothing and when I need to print something I need to use a friends printer.
I’m now thinking of calling my bank and blocking HP from taking anymore money and requesting a refund for the months they’ve been taking the money and I’ve had no use from it, super frustrating!
