Hi,
I have been having trouble for a couple of months with signing into my Hp instant ink account on the browser and HP smart app.
When signing in, I get the message " Something unexpected happened. We're sorry, but something went wrong. Sign out of this account now and try signing in again later."
I need to get into my account and cancel my instant ink subscription as I do not use it anymore, and I am finding this quite frustrating.
