A couple months ago our black ink ran out and there was also a problem with the cartridge where the ink level was sometimes not shown. When the ink ran out I did what I always did which is remove the empty cartridge ready for a new one put no replacement cartridge was sent. Some time later I revived an email saying that because of the faulty cartridge a replacement wasn't sent and that I had to replace the cartridge myself for any future ones to be sent. After spending my own money on one I then revived an email telling me that I wont be getting any more cartridges because apparently the new HP cartridge "cant" have its ink levels checked and they cant send any new ones as they wont know when it has ran out. To be honest I'm not very happy with the service I've been waiting for months for a black to be sent and when I replace it with my own money I find out that hasn't fixed the problem. Will a new black be sent to fix this issue or am I now forced to by my own black ink?
