HP Instant ink

I am enrolled in Instant Ink, today is 8/25/2020. Up to know I have received only one black cartage of ink back in March of 2020. However HP keep on charging me monty. I have been trying to call but there is no one there to answer. I also tried the virtual agent but, my massage do not get sent. Does any one knows a number that I can call to get this resolved?
