When I login into my HP Instant Ink account nothing appears on the dashboard where it has how many pages you have left in your billing cycle. When I go to the billing section the screen is blank or won't display the information.  I did have this information a couple of days ago when I was having trouble with my black ink cartridge. Currently on the dashboard the information under Status shows "This is an older printer and we can't provide status information here." I purchased the printer in 2019. The first time I logged in I did see what plan I was on, now the screen is blank or won't appear.
