HP 3830 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased a HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer and chose Instantink  for the supply course. I have been unable to contact Instantink or 'anyone' in customer service to understand why no one has responded to my request.

1) Acct suspended due to change in payment method (new credit card) despite new card was registered; have been unable to print since suspension (Nov);
2) Color cartridge received has never dispensed ink; no response to inquiry;
3) After numerous chats with 'Vitual Chat' and attempts to contact someone, I cancelled the Instantink account; have still not received a response nor has anyone attempted to contact me; and

Still unable to use my printer.
This is my first HP printer however due to the lack of Customer Service Support this will be my last purchase of any HP product.

Question: Is there anyone who can tell me what my next action should be (other than purchasing a new printer) to get my printer up and running after these experiences?

I am disappointed an extremely frustrated!
