Example: HP Office Jet 8610
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The black cartridge in our Office Jet 8610 printer has plenty of ink. Ran through several print head cleaning cycles (using printer tools) and got it to print a few pages. Now the cleaning doesn't work. The printer suggests replacing the print head but a new head costs more than a new printer. We have an instant ink account. Can we delete the current printer from instant ink and add a new one?
