I have a HP OfficeJet 4650 All-In-One Printer and the color ink cartridge is showing that it is still half full. It is printing in black but not printing in color. I have cleaned it several times already and I have taken it out and put it back in. It is still not printing the colors. I am not sure if it is actually out of color ink or if there is color ink in the cartridge but there is something wrong with the cartridge.  I having been using the Instant Ink Program for many years and have never had this issue before. It will not signal that I need a new color ink cartridge since it is still showing that it is still half full. Is there something else I can do to get this cartridge to print and if not, how do I go about getting a new one from Instant Ink?
