Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently replaced my printer with an OfficeJet Pro 7740.  I have been using HP Instant Ink for many years and have been very happy with the service.  Now I learn that the service isn't available for the 7740 printer.  I'd be interested in the logic of that decision by HP.  It makes me a little angry at this time.  I think there is a similar service with Amazon....and once I subscribe there, I have no intentions of ever returning to HP.  This is ridiculous!!!  I'm pretty loyal generally, but not this time!!!  ALSO, I've been unable to connect with ANYONE from HP Instant Ink today.  I've wasted HOURS trying to talk to a live person to no avail!!!  I have unused ink cartridges, and some spent ones from my old printer.  I'm tempted to trash them!  Incidentally.... almost all of my electronics in my office are HP... and this is the kind of customer service you provide to your customers!??
