I get an error that my print cartridges are incompatible with my printer. I have always purchased HP Print Cartridges.  I followed all of the troubleshooting, rebooting the printer, cleaning the printheads, and I finally broke down and bought new ink cartridges which are a fortune. I am still getting the error and I’m really getting frustrated.

Since you have already tried most of the troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue,
Try going through the troubleshooting steps found in this document. HP Printers - 'Incompatible Ink Cartridge' or 'Ink Cartridges Missing' Error Displays

If the issue persists, please contact our HP Support team for Service Options as it could be a possible hardware issue,
